The staff was pleasant and accommodating .

The room cleanliness was unacceptable. I found a makeshift crack pipe and a pack of cigarettes in the drawer, very concerning. The floor was so dirty that my feet turned black within moments of walking around. This clearly indicates a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance.

The stay here was very nice for the short visit. The location was good, to an event I was attending, convenient to go everywhere. It was near Nur Shrine Temple Banquet Hall.

Well, Wi-Fi was terrible.

Had a really really nice stay for the short visit, everything was wonderful. My bed was comfortable and the room was brand-new for 2 extra pillows. It met every demand. The location was unbeatable and convenient, really close to car rental, and all shopping centers, and the free parking was an excellent bonus...

The room was clean and comfortable, though I missed having an airport shuttle for convenience. The friendly staff made up for it, and the breakfast choices were impressive for a budget hotel.

I really appreciated how close i was to the beautiful new castle range front lighthouse, only about a 2 km walk, and the lovely battery park is just a bit over 4 km away, making it easy to enjoy some leisurely strolls in scenic settings .

Weak Wi-Fi connections made it frustrating to connect!!! No shuttle service to the airport is a major inconvenience!!! Cleanliness needs serious improvement, especially in the bathrooms!!!

I had a great long-term stay, with the room beingnice and neat. The staff was helpful, and i enjoyed the great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast included hot coffee and various doughnuts, made mornings good.

The room was clean and modern looking the bathroom was really nice too. It had a walk-in shower and everything felt fresh. And the front desk staff were really pleasant to deal with.
